About the role

Health Industry team at Accenture helps clients transform payer, provider, and public health operations. The Senior Manager leads high‑impact strategy engagements, advises CXO stakeholders, builds business cases and transformation roadmaps, and drives practice growth through thought leadership and sales enablement. Bengaluru, India, on‑site, hybrid model with travel to client sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategic consulting engagements for health clients
• Advise senior executives on operating model transformation and growth strategy
• Develop executive‑level recommendations and implementation roadmaps
• Support business development and proposal creation
• Mentor team members and build thought leadership assets

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years overall experience
• 8-10 years consulting in healthcare strategy
• Deep expertise in payer, provider, or public health domains
• Proven leadership of CXO‑level engagements
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
• Experience developing business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Ability to support sales pursuits and practice growth

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or related field
• MBA or postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 B‑School
