About the role

Okta seeks a proactive NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to optimize and customize the NetSuite ERP system, bridging business processes and technical solutions. The role focuses on leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and analytics, reporting to the Manager in Bangalore. Candidates will collaborate with the Business Technology team, configure core modules, develop SuiteScripts, build integrations, and support production.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with BT team and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design, develop, test, implement solutions
Configure and optimize core NetSuite modules
Develop and maintain customizations (SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, custom records, saved searches)
Build secure integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
Integrate AI/ML tools for automation and analytics
Troubleshoot, optimize performance, manage data integrity, support production

What you’ll bring

5+ years NetSuite development and functional configuration
Hands‑on with core modules: Order Management, Billing, Procurement, ARM, Financials
Strong JavaScript, SQL, web tech skills

Nice to have

NetSuite Administration or ERP consultant certification
Experience with SuiteScript Generative AI APIs
