About the role
Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) at EY Consulting helps governments transform through strategic, technology and people solutions. The Senior Project Consultant leads diagnostic studies, participatory planning and project oversight for mining‑affected villages, coordinating with multiple lines to ensure effective interventions. Based in Gurugram, on‑site work model, collaborating with the PMU DMF team and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Conduct diagnostic studies of socio‑economic conditions in mining‑affected villages
- Lead participatory planning and needs assessments
- Evaluate and prioritize project proposals for DMF implementation
- Facilitate approval of Annual Action Plans with executive committees
- Oversee project implementation through field visits and flag issues
- Promote community‑based monitoring tools such as Social Audits
- Document success stories, lessons learned and impact reports
- Report to Team Leader, PMU DMF
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years Project Management experience
- 3+ years Business Intelligence experience
- Bachelor of Arts in English Literature
