Cyber Manager, Third Party Risk

About the role

Maersk GSC (India) leads global supply chain digital transformation. The Cyber Manager drives third‑party cyber risk assessments, creates reports and dashboards, and partners with Cyber Risk, Procurement and Legal teams to embed security controls in supplier agreements. Based in Pune, India, on‑site role with occasional travel to stakeholder sites.

What you’ll do

• Conduct detailed cyber security assessments on third‑party suppliers
• Report observations and collaborate with business stakeholders to manage identified risks
• Facilitate supplier onboarding with rapid security assessments
• Act as SME to embed security measures in third‑party agreements
• Create documentation, reports and dashboards for decision‑making
• Build effective relationships across Maersk Products, Platforms & Brands
• Drive a culture of awareness for third‑party cyber risk
• Continuously improve processes, solutions and team practices

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years IT/Cyber security audit and risk management
• Experience in third‑party assurance or vendor risk
• Knowledge of NIST and ISO27001 standards
• Familiarity with GRC tools such as Archer, OneTrust, BitSight
• Proficiency with task management tools like Jira
• Cyber security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
