About the role

A dynamic role within JPMorgan Chase’s Portfolio Management team, this associate will shape and communicate the firm’s transformation strategy. The position involves crafting management reporting materials, contributing to newsletters, supporting video production, and maintaining communication templates. Candidates will collaborate across teams, leverage data-driven insights, and help drive AI initiatives while ensuring clear, impactful messaging to senior audiences.

What you’ll bring

2+ years experience in communications or management reporting
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Data‑driven analysis and clear communication of impact
Proficiency in PowerPoint for senior audiences
Self‑starter with strong time‑management and multitasking
Excellent organizational skills in dynamic environments
Ability to build partnerships across teams
