About the role
The Project Commercial Executive at Kovalus Separation Solutions supports the commercial and administrative execution of projects from purchase order preparation through project closeout in New Delhi, India. Day-to-day work includes processing purchase requisitions and orders, coordinating logistics and dispatch, managing vendor and customer invoicing, maintaining statutory and project documentation, and supporting project closeout. The role is full-time and operates on a hybrid model with required travel.
What you’ll do
- Assist Project Managers with commercial and administrative activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in accordance with project requirements and internal procedures
- Support the Purchase Manager in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Follow up with vendors regarding order progress, documentation, deliveries, and other commercial requirements
- Coordinate and track project dispatches and logistics activities
- Support vendor invoice processing and submission to Finance & Accounting for payment
- Prepare and coordinate customer invoicing documentation in accordance with contractual and project requirements
- Prepare and coordinate project-specific statutory and commercial documentation, including Special Licenses, EPCG, HSS, Customs Clearance documentation, and other applicable requirements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in project administration, commercial operations, procurement, logistics, finance coordination, or a related function
- Understanding of purchase requisition and purchase order processes
- Familiarity with vendor and customer invoicing processes
- Basic understanding of logistics, dispatch, inventory tracking, and commercial documentation
- Working knowledge of ERP/business systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to have
- Experience preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environment
- Familiarity with customs, import/export, EPCG, HSS, or similar statutory documentation
