Information Technology Infrastructure Head

About the role

IT Infrastructure at TerraPay leads the design, operation and security of global enterprise systems. The Head defines strategy, drives cloud (AWS) and datacenter modernization, oversees cybersecurity, DevOps, monitoring and compliance, and mentors a high‑performing team. Bengaluru, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute enterprise IT strategy
• Lead cloud, datacenter, network and security operations
• Oversee IT governance, compliance and risk programs
• Drive DevOps, automation and monitoring initiatives
• Manage IT service desk and end‑user support
• Build and mentor senior IT management team

What you’ll bring

• 15-20 years progressive IT leadership
• 8+ years senior leadership in enterprise IT
• Experience with AWS cloud and security
• Experience managing datacenter, networking and Microsoft 365
• Proven vendor and budget management
• Strong communication with executive leadership

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
