About the role

HRIT Ops team at Unilever Bangalore Hub supports global HR operations through Workday HCM. The role maintains and enhances Workday Core HCM modules, ensures data integrity, manages security, and builds reports for HR stakeholders. Bangalore, India, on-site (full‑time).

What you’ll do

Maintain and enhance Workday Core HCM modules
Translate HR requirements into scalable system solutions
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance
Manage Workday security and role assignments
Collaborate on integrations with payroll and benefits systems
Support release management and production deployments
Troubleshoot system issues and manage incidents
Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards

Nice to have

6-10 years HR systems experience
Workday Core HCM configuration
Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
Data management and reporting in Workday
Stakeholder management and communication
