About the role
TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience for fast-growing technology companies. As an Endpoint Solution Architect (EUC Solutions Architect) based in Gurugram, India, you will design, develop, and implement end-user computing solutions that align with business objectives. Day-to-day work includes architecting scalable, secure, and efficient EUC environments such as VDI, endpoint management, cloud-based solutions, and automation, while collaborating with cross-functional IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams in a high-volume BPO setting.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement an End User Computing (EUC) strategy aligned with business needs
- Design and architect solutions for desktop virtualization, endpoint management, MDM, and remote access solutions
- Define and optimize enterprise desktop and application delivery solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Citrix, VMware Horizon, and AWS WorkSpaces
- Evaluate and integrate Cloud PC, DaaS, and hybrid workspace solutions
- Design and oversee device lifecycle management, including provisioning, security, compliance, and automation
- Define standards and policies for Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices across the organization
- Implement and manage IAM, SSO, and MFA
- Develop automated deployment strategies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune) and GPO
What you’ll bring
- 15 years of overall experience
- 3 to 4 years of EUC Architecture experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Expertise in ITIL, incident and change management
- Product knowledge of Workspace One, Entra ID, Intune, Tanium, Windows 11 OS, and End User Hardware Products (Dell/HP/Lenovo)
- Ability to design and architect solutions for desktop virtualization, endpoint management, MDM, and remote access
- Experience implementing IAM, SSO, and MFA
- Ability to ensure compliance with industry security and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
