What you’ll do
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions for infrastructure operations
- Develop reusable agent frameworks, tools, and workflows
- Integrate agents with ITSM, monitoring, and automation platforms
- Implement LLM‑based components using LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
- Ensure security, governance, and reliability of AI solutions
- Own delivery of assigned use cases and collaborate with SMEs
What you’ll bring
- 7.5 years AI Agents & Workflow Integration experience
- Advanced Python for automation and APIs
- REST API development and authentication
- Data Center and Cloud administration
- Monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus)
- ITSM platform integration (ServiceNow)
- Building agent‑based systems beyond chatbots
- Context and memory management for AI agents
