About the role

The Staff Reliability Engineer leads system-level reliability and availability modeling, building RBD, Markov and Monte Carlo models to translate field data into actionable insights. What you’ll do
- Own and maintain system-level reliability/availability models for SOFC products
- Develop and validate RBD models using ReliaSoft BlockSim
- Build Markov models and run Monte Carlo simulations to assess availability
- Parameterize models from field and test data and calibrate to fleet performance
- Deliver trade studies influencing design and service decisions
- Mentor engineers and analysts on reliability modeling methods
- Collaborate with global product, service, and operations teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering field
- 4-6 years reliability engineering experience
- Proficiency with ReliaSoft BlockSim
- Experience building Markov/state-transition models
- Monte Carlo simulation expertise
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Python or MATLAB programming
- Excellent communication and collaboration
