About the role

Operations team at Wells Fargo focuses on delivering efficient banking transaction processing and customer support. The Senior Operations Processor resolves complex payment inquiries, conducts investigations on SWIFT and other message types, and mentors junior staff while handling high‑volume, short‑SLA tasks. Hyderabad, India, on-site work model, shift work including nights and holidays.

What you’ll do

• Resolve complex inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers
• Process complex transactions and perform extensive research
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members
• Investigate payment errors and OFAC hits
• Review data, report trends, and support project work
• Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals
• Handle shift work including nights and public holidays
• Maintain compliance with AML/OFAC regulations

What you’ll bring

2+ years operations support experience

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Experience in commercial banking or CIB operations
• Knowledge of SWIFT, FED WIRE, CHIPS, ISO terminologies
• Familiarity with Pega Systems
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Investigation and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented with risk management mindset
• Ability to handle high volume and short turnaround
