About the role
Accenture’s Learning & Development team seeks a Digital Content Management Associate to develop learning assets across digital and instructor-led formats. The role involves creating storyboards, writing content, and collaborating with instructional designers to ensure alignment with learning objectives. This position is based in Mumbai and requires working Australian shift timings.
What you’ll do
- Develop storyboards and learning content for eLearning, ILT, vILT, and video-based training assets
- Write and edit learning content to support defined learning objectives
- Develop virtual learning assets using approved authoring tools and templates
- Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and instructional compliance
- Revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers
- Collaborate with peers, graphics, and technology teams
- Report progress and status to Instructional Design Leads
- Action feedback related to deliverables and performance
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in content writing or learning content development
- Strong content writing and editing skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail for quality and consistency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field
- Experience in a Learning & Development environment
- Exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate or Claroflow
- Awareness of learning methodologies such as ADDIE
