Security Engineer III, Senior Identity Security Engineer

About the role

Identity Security team at Anaplan safeguards access across the enterprise by managing identity governance, privileged access, and non‑human identities. The Senior Identity Security Engineer administers SailPoint IGA, builds out a PAM programme, and defines governance for AI agents, service accounts and secrets. Works in Gurugram, on‑site, collaborating with HR, IT, Engineering and Security to embed Zero Trust principles.

What you’ll do

• Administer and develop SailPoint IGA platform
• Evaluate, select and implement PAM solution
• Define and enforce governance for service accounts, API keys, certificates and AI agents
• Build automation for provisioning, de‑provisioning and access requests
• Support access certification and compliance reporting
• Contribute to identity architecture and Zero Trust strategy
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Engineering and Security teams
• Communicate identity risks and remediation plans

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years identity security experience
• Hands‑on SailPoint IGA administration
• Privileged Access Management implementation
• Governance of non‑human identities
• AI agent identity management
• Cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Scripting in Python or PowerShell
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
