About the role
Adobe Commerce Delivery team at EY drives end‑to‑end implementation of Adobe Commerce solutions for global clients. The Senior Manager leads complex consulting programs, overseeing project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management and stakeholder communication while coordinating on‑site and off‑shore teams. Based in Chennai, India, on‑site role with occasional travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end Adobe Commerce delivery projects
- Manage project health, timelines, budgets and resource plans
- Coordinate on‑site and off‑shore teams and ensure timely timecard submission
- Drive governance, risk and issue management across programs
- Communicate status to internal Adobe and client executives
What you’ll bring
- 20 years Adobe consulting experience
- 12+ years project management in commerce implementations
- Advanced knowledge of waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation
