About the role
Weekday AI client team drives enterprise digital transformation using Microsoft Power Platform. The RPA Power Automate Developer designs, builds, and deploys cloud‑based workflow automations, integrates with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL and REST APIs, and ensures governance, security, and scalability. Works across Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Coimbatore sites with an on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build and maintain cloud flows, approval workflows, and scheduled jobs
- Integrate automations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and external systems
- Implement governance, security, and compliance standards
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot workflow failures
- Create technical documentation and deployment guides
- Provide production support and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years RPA experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Cloud
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Platform
- Integration with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of workflow automation, governance, and security
- Proficient in JSON, connectors, and API integrations
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions
