About the role
YASH Technologies seeks a Senior Azure Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud-based data platforms on Microsoft Azure. What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure data services
- Build robust ETL/ELT solutions for structured and semi-structured data
- Develop and optimize data ingestion frameworks for batch and near real-time processing
- Implement reusable and metadata-driven data engineering solutions
- Manage solutions using Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and Data Lake Storage Gen2
- Optimize SQL performance and cloud costs
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years of experience required
- 4+ years working with Microsoft Azure Data Engineering
- Strong expertise in Azure data services and data warehousing
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT pipelines and data modelling
- Experience with SQL performance optimization
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory
- Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
- Experience with Azure SQL Database and Blob Storage
