About the role

Central Expense Unit at Citigroup supports the Banking team with expense reporting and analytics. The Senior Business Analyst drives data analysis, manages charge‑back and charitable expense processes, and creates presentations for senior leadership while identifying automation opportunities. Mumbai, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Provide data, presentations, and analysis to senior management
• Manage monthly charge‑back and expense allocation processes
• Oversee E2E charitable and sponsorship workflows
• Create purchase orders and process invoices
• Execute approval workflows and reconciliation
• Maintain understanding of supported business operations
• Handle ad‑hoc requests under tight deadlines
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
