About the role

Senior DevOps/SysOps Engineer with 7‑10 years of experience leading hybrid infrastructure initiatives, automating cloud and on‑prem environments, and ensuring security and compliance across multi‑cloud platforms.

What you’ll do

Design and manage hybrid infrastructure (on-prem & cloud) with automation and security
Administer and optimize Linux/Unix production systems
Develop Python automation tools and Bash scripts for monitoring and tasks
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Implement configuration management with Ansible/Puppet
Deploy infrastructure via Terraform/OpenTofu
Operate AWS and Azure services, including compute, networking, IAM, monitoring
Support VMware, Windows Server, and legacy systems
Architect multi‑cloud PaaS/IaaS solutions
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices

What you’ll bring

7-10 years in enterprise DevOps/SysOps roles
Advanced Linux/Unix administration (RHEL, SuSE, Debian)
Proficient in Python and Bash scripting
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Skilled in Ansible/Puppet configuration management
Terraform/OpenTofu IaC expertise
AWS and Azure cloud operations
VMware, Windows Server, legacy system support
Strong security hardening and compliance (SOC2, ISO27001)
