About the role
Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center (BIETC) drives aerospace innovation and supports global airline customers. The Supply Chain Specialist ensures material availability for maintenance, coordinates across program management, asset and supplier teams, and leads data‑driven reporting and metric creation. Gurgaon, India, on‑site role with Boeing’s on‑site customer support model.
What you’ll do
- Act as primary point of contact for customer operational matters
- Manage ordering, shipments, and return cycles for maintenance parts
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and ensure contract compliance
- Resolve part discrepancies and certification issues
- Lead project planning, tracking, and execution for supply chain programs
- Develop and maintain scorecards and analytics dashboards
- Facilitate regular reporting meetings with Boeing and customer
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making
- Proven project management of supply chain initiatives
- Experience in airline/aviation MRO logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- AMOS/SAP (preferred)
- VBA, SQL, Tableau/BI tools (preferred)
- Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables)
