About the role

Finance Planning & Performance Management team at Kraft Heinz drives financial governance across the global GBS ecosystem. The Senior Manager leads AOP and LE planning, vendor cost oversight, and executive reporting, partnering with GCC heads and finance leaders. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own financial planning and forecasting for global GBS
• Govern AOP and LE cycles and budget architecture
• Partner with GCC and zone finance leaders to validate forecasts
• Oversee vendor and tower commercial financial oversight
• Lead accounting governance, accruals, and intercompany recharges
• Develop and mentor finance team delivering reporting and analysis

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• MBA or CA/CMA preferred
• Experience with FP&A, ZBB, and GBS finance
• Executive communication and stakeholder management
• Leadership of finance teams
