Chevron ENGINE Innovation team drives cutting‑edge benchmarking and performance analytics for global energy operations. As Technical Lead you will coach analysts and data specialists, execute cross‑business benchmarking studies, ensure data quality, oversee database integrations, and provide strategic insights to senior leaders. Bengaluru, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

Coach and develop benchmarking analysts and data visualization specialists
Drive execution of benchmarking studies across upstream, downstream, midstream, and chemicals
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across studies
Oversee database management and integration of internal/external data sources
Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams on enterprise standards
Serve as point of contact with third‑party data providers
Provide insights and feedback to senior leaders for strategic decisions

What you’ll bring

10-15 years oil and gas benchmarking experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related
Proficiency in SQL and relational/non-relational databases
Experience with database management and data architecture
Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience overseeing complex cross-functional projects
