Senior Python Developer

About the role

Roboyo AI, the Applied AI and Agentic Automation division, builds production‑grade AI‑enabled automation systems for enterprise finance. As a Senior Python Developer you will design, develop and optimize high‑performance Python microservices, data pipelines and APIs that support trading, risk and compliance workflows. Hyderabad, on‑site, hybrid cloud environment.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain Python applications for financial data processing, modeling, and reporting
• Design scalable microservices and APIs for integration with trading platforms and market data providers
• Collaborate with finance and risk teams to automate workflows and improve data accuracy
• Optimize performance of real-time and batch data pipelines handling large datasets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, Basel III, and SOX
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Work with DevOps to deploy solutions in cloud or hybrid environments

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Python development in enterprise/financial environments
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and market data
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, QuantLib
• Proficiency in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Familiarity with trading systems and risk engines
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
