About the role

AI Infrastructure Architecture team at Accenture designs and builds custom AI infrastructure on GCP for large-scale machine learning workloads. The role leads end‑to‑end architecture, designs distributed training clusters, model‑serving platforms, and automation pipelines while ensuring performance, cost‑efficiency, security, and compliance. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across client and internal teams.

What you’ll do

• Own architecture and design of GCP compute infrastructure for AI/ML systems
• Design and tune distributed training and model‑serving environments
• Develop automation and CI/CD strategies for AI platform components
• Lead architecture assessments and recommend optimizations
• Define capacity planning, cost forecasts, and performance metrics
• Establish monitoring, observability, and compliance practices
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams

What you’ll bring

• 12 years of experience
• 4 years of AI/ML infrastructure engineering
• GCP AI services (Compute Engine, GKE, Vertex AI)
• Python, Java, C++ or similar languages
• Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Apache Airflow or Kubeflow
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder communication
