Module Lead - .NET + SRE

About the role

YASH Technologies' Module Lead team drives reliable .NET application deployments and Site Reliability Engineering across multiple client projects. Leads a group of engineers to design, automate, and monitor deployment pipelines, implement SRE best practices, and manage incident response. Based in Pune with hybrid work options, overseeing sites in Bangalore, Indore, and Hyderabad, and offers relocation support.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers for software deployments and SRE
• Oversee end-to-end deployment automation and monitoring
• Implement SRE practices including alerting, capacity planning, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with development teams to build resilient architectures
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment tools and processes
• Manage production support and incident response activities
• Define and track KPIs and SLOs for system reliability
• Maintain documentation for deployments and incidents

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years .NET development
• Azure and Azure Data Factory experience
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Optimizely (B2B) eCommerce knowledge
• DevOps and SRE practices
• ITIL incident management
• Scripting and automation skills
• Project risk and scope management
