- Design, code, test, debug, and document ServiceNow solutions
- Review large‑scale solutions for strategic alignment
- Collaborate with senior technical experts and external groups
- Lead projects and mentor team members
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years Software Engineering experience
- Experience with ServiceNow APM, ITOM, ITAM modules
- ServiceNow catalogue development and CMDB knowledge
- Scripting in JavaScript, Glide, Jelly
- ServiceNow ATF and automation testing
- Agile Scrum team experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
