About the role

What you’ll do
- Select and qualify BIW and sheet‑metal suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and drive ongoing price reductions
- Develop and execute differential sourcing strategies
- Benchmark technology and pricing across the automotive industry
- Manage supplier risk and implement mitigation plans
- Lead value‑engineering and cost‑containment initiatives
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams for project execution
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance
