Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Electrical & Electronics Maintenance

About the role
Bosch Maintenance Team ensures machine and equipment availability, reliability, and efficiency across production lines. The role manages daily maintenance operations, oversees repairs, preventive maintenance, KPI reporting, and drives continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM and Kaizen. Based in India with a hybrid work model, coordinating on‑site teams and remote planning activities.
What you’ll do
- Manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure equipment uptime
- Allocate and monitor maintenance tasks, inspections, and preventive activities
- Track and report KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance budget
- Identify and implement digital automation and cost‑reduction projects
- Conduct TPM activities and drive Kaizen improvements
What you’ll bring
- 5-10 years experience in manufacturing/automobile/service industry
- BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
Nice to have
- Hands‑on troubleshooting of SPM, automation, assembly & testing lines
- Experience with Fanuc/Siemens PLCs, drives, Rexroth, OPCON, robotics
- Knowledge of lean principles and IATF standards
- Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective actions
