About the role

Fraud Strategy team at JPMorgan Chase focuses on designing and validating fraud mitigation solutions to protect customers and the firm. The Senior Associate analyzes data, monitors fraud trends, and collaborates with product, technology, and operations to develop and test new detection capabilities. Based in Mumbai, India with on-site work model, occasional coordination with Bengaluru office.

What you’ll do

• Manage and enhance fraud strategy balancing mitigation, performance, and experience
• Monitor fraud trends and identify improvement opportunities
• Leverage data and advanced analytics for detection
• Partner with product, tech, and ops to design and test solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for best practices and compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners

What you’ll bring

• MS degree and 2+ years experience in risk management/data analytics
• BS degree and 4+ years experience in risk management/data analytics
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills
• Strategic thinking and roadmap development
• Leverage AI and machine learning for solutions
• Process and project management experience
• Strong communication with senior leaders
• Curiosity and attention to detail
