About the role
StoneX Group is a Fortune 100, Nasdaq-listed provider connecting institutional, commercial, and payments clients to global markets across six continents. As a Lead Analyst in the Corporate business segment, you will translate business requirements into functional flows, user stories, and functional designs across the EIT Landscape, while owning SDLC artifacts and collaborating with business and architecture teams in an agile cross-functional environment. This full-time role is based in Pune, India.
What you’ll do
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional flows and User Stories across various application modules in the EIT Landscape
- Undertake business analyst roles covering SDLC phases including requirements gathering, feasibility study, functional specifications, interface specifications, and test cases
- Create business models (As-Is and To-Be) and logical data models representing business flows
- Work in an agile cross-functional team and collaborate with the business and architect team to identify and define flows and solutions
- Create and maintain the Functional design for the various modules in the platform
- Identify, create, and maintain Functional Requirements as User Stories, User Interface requirements, and Service interface requirements
- Document and maintain User Stories, Functional Design, and System Specification
- Follow the organization's SDLC process and create and maintain all relevant requirements artifacts
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years of Business Analyst experience with enterprise-level financial applications
- Prior experience with payments processing applications
- Basic knowledge of trade instruments such as Spot, Forwards, and NDF
- Ability to draft Process Flows and Activity Diagrams
- Well versed with SWIFT MT messages (MT1/2/9 series)
- Well versed with ISO MX messages (Customer to Bank and Bank to Bank space)
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for complex information and data
- Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
