About the role
IN-Engineering team designs and engineers Amazon fulfillment facilities across India, focusing on layout, material flow, and automation solutions. The Solutions Engineering Manager leads concept development, vendor collaboration, and post‑implementation reviews to deliver innovative, cost‑effective designs while ensuring safety and associate experience. Bengaluru, India, on-site role with travel to multiple sites across the country.
What you’ll do
- Lead concept and design development for fulfillment network solutions
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to create innovative designs
- Conduct detailed design reviews post‑implementation
- Collaborate with launch team to document layouts and SOPs
- Develop and update design standards with worldwide teams
- Build relationships with key partners across operations and engineering
- Travel to sites across India to engage stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Associate's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering
- 4+ years experience as industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineer
