About the role

Product Management – India Team at KlearNow.AI builds AI-powered trade platforms that digitize and contextualize unstructured documents for real-time shipment visibility. The Principal UX Architect leads design system governance, defines AI-native experience patterns, and embeds lightweight design reviews within pod-based delivery, ensuring enterprise B2B workflows are intuitive and efficient. Based in Gurgaon with regular overlap with US leadership, this hybrid role operates on-site with a hybrid work model, offering the opportunity to hire and mentor a small design team.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve KlearNow Engine's design system as a product
• Define AI‑native experience patterns for human‑in‑the‑loop workflows
• Embed lightweight design reviews into pod framework and coach teams
• Lead design of customer‑facing dashboards, QBR experiences, and intelligence views
• Measure design system adoption and reduce design debt
• Hire and ramp one to two designers, setting team standards
• Collaborate with PMs and engineering leads on shape and build phases
• Ensure accessibility and compliance across all UI components

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years designing enterprise B2B or complex workflow products
• Experience building and governing design systems used by non‑designers
• Proven work with AI‑native, agentic, or copilot interfaces
• Led design in fast‑shipping pod environments with weekly releases
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design system adoption and governance metrics
• Ability to prototype in tools like Lovable, v0, Claude or similar
• Experience coaching PMs and engineers on design best practices
• Leadership experience hiring and mentoring designers
