Senior Treasury Manager

About the role

Treasury at Tazapay is responsible for global liquidity, cash management and financial infrastructure. The Senior Treasury Manager leads daily treasury operations, liquidity forecasting, risk management and automation initiatives across multiple banking partners and payment rails. Based in Delhi or Bangalore, on-site work model, with occasional travel to partner sites.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily global liquidity and cash positioning across banks and wallets
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, SOPs and risk frameworks
• Oversee treasury operations including funding, settlements and reconciliations
• Lead automation of treasury workflows and reporting systems
• Coordinate with banking partners and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring

• 7-10 years treasury or cash management experience
• Fintech or payments industry background
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling
• Database querying and dashboarding skills
• Stakeholder management across finance, product and engineering
