About the role

AI/ML team at SPAR Solutions builds enterprise-grade AI solutions, focusing on agentic automation and generative AI. The AI Engineer designs and implements agentic workflows, integrates LLMs, and develops RAG pipelines using Python and frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen. Pune, on-site, hybrid model with client engagement travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Build and integrate agentic AI workflows and RAG pipelines
• Develop and maintain production‑quality Python code following SOLID principles
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and manage tasks via JIRA
• Create data pipelines and perform exploratory data analysis

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years software engineering experience with Python
• Hands‑on with at least one agentic AI framework (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• Working knowledge of RAG concepts and vector stores
• Strong prompt engineering and test‑driven development
• Proficiency with numpy, pandas, and a visualization library
