About the role
Professional Services team at Amtech Software delivers end‑to‑end implementation of enterprise packaging solutions. The role leads cloud or on‑premise deployments, data migration, EDI integration and provides technical training and support to customers across geographies. Remote work from India, flexible hours to meet project needs, 70% billable utilization target.
What you’ll do
- Lead implementation and deployment of Amtech solutions
- Configure applications, APIs and infrastructure
- Perform data migration and EDI mapping
- Deliver technical training and post‑go‑live support
- Collaborate with customer IT and third‑party vendors
- Mentor junior consultants
- Maintain quality standards through testing
- Support sales cycles and practice development
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years ERP implementation
- Strong SQL and database management
- Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Expertise in EDI X12 standards
- Knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache)
- Familiarity with Java or .NET
- Report development with Power BI or SSRS
- Strong analytical and communication skills
