About the role

The Junior Data Engineer investigates support tickets, validates data, and assists with data cleansing and pipeline monitoring under senior guidance. What you’ll do

  • Analyze and resolve data-related support tickets
  • Perform data validation, query checks, and log reviews
  • Support data cleansing and transformation activities
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and business users
  • Document troubleshooting steps and known issues

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years data analysis or SQL experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries and data validation
  • Experience with ticketing and production support processes
  • Familiarity with ETL and data pipelines
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
