About the role
Desktop Specialist 2 at Viavi Solutions India Pvt. What you’ll do
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware and software
- Maintain and repair computer equipment and peripherals
- Manage inventory and procurement
- Create and handle incidents and requests in ServiceNow
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Collaborate with Infra, Info Sec, and Helpdesk teams
- Participate in IT projects and training
- Communicate solutions to all levels
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years desktop support
- Experience with A+, N+, O365, Azure, Intune, SCCM
- ServiceNow ITIL knowledge
- Hardware repair and diagnostics
