Senior Enterprise Technical Architect

About the role

Blue Yonder Enterprise Technical Architect (Planning) within the Professional Services team delivers AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions. The role leads technical teams on Supply Chain Planning solution implementation, integration, and deployment, working hands-on with platform and solution teams. Based in Bangalore, Coimbatore, or Hyderabad, the position requires travel to customer sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of technical associates on solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, and custom projects at customer sites or offshore
• Estimate implementation workload, assess business needs outside standard solutions, and evaluate integration complexity and architecture
• Own initiatives for the technical planning team, lead strategy, and contribute to complex customer assessments and the sales cycle
• Collaborate with global teams, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct technical analysis sessions to understand functional and technical needs and develop technical solutions
• Configure and implement Blue Yonder software solutions according to client-specific requirements
• Provide documentation support including technical specifications, configuration details, and user manuals
• Contribute to implementation, steady-state support, and internal development projects

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• 14+ years of experience in the software industry
• Started as a consultant and led technical teams on 5+ complete implementation cycles
• Demonstrable understanding of software engineering fundamentals and design principles
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise application solutions and integration architectures for large customers
• Demonstrable experience leading, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise solutions (cloud or on-premises)
• Supply Chain Planning industry experience
• Demonstrable experience with Blue Yonder SCPO Platform
