About the role

Site Reliability Engineering team at YASH Technologies builds resilient deployment pipelines and reliability frameworks for .NET applications. The lead drives end‑to‑end automation, monitoring, incident response and SRE best practices while managing a team of engineers. Hyderabad, Pune, and Indore locations with on‑site work model, flexible arrangements available.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of engineers focused on software deployments and SRE practices
• Design and implement automation, monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning solutions
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑incident reviews
• Collaborate with development teams to build resilient, scalable architectures
• Define and track KPIs and SLOs for system reliability
• Maintain documentation for deployment processes and system configurations
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment tools and processes
• Present metrics and reports to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years software engineering or SRE experience
• Strong .NET and Azure development background
• Hands‑on CI/CD and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience with ITIL incident management
• Automation scripting skills
• E‑commerce domain knowledge, especially Optimizely
• Team leadership and project risk management
• Certified DevOps Engineer or SRE certification preferred
