About the role

Cognizant seeks a Kinaxis Sr. Consultant in Chennai to optimize retail supply chain planning and demand forecasting. The role involves implementing Kinaxis solutions, analyzing processes for efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. This is a hybrid position requiring 7-11 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement supply chain solutions using Kinaxis tools tailored to retail needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and reduce costs
• Develop and execute demand forecasting models using Kinaxis Fundamentals
• Provide insights to improve sales planning and execution strategies
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on Kinaxis tools and methodologies
• Monitor solution performance against KPIs and business goals
• Ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis solutions into existing systems

Qualifications

• 7-11 years of experience
• Expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, and Demand Planning
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Fundamentals for forecasting models
• Deep understanding of retail planning and supply chain management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
