About the role

In-service systems engineering team at Airbus India provides technical assistance for the commercial aircraft fleet, focusing on Avionics Systems such as Auto Flight, Navigation and Communication. The engineer answers daily customer queries, conducts virtual or onsite support, analyses in‑service events, and drives corrective actions while acting as the voice of the customer. Bangalore, On-site, hybrid flexibility offered.

What you’ll do

• Answer daily engineering queries on Avionics systems for Airbus commercial fleet
• Provide virtual or onsite assistance and follow‑up with airlines
• Analyze in‑service events for safety, reliability and cost impacts
• Launch corrective actions with program and design teams
• Present technical topics in forums and create value‑added presentations
• Develop dashboards using Airbus data analytics tools
• Participate in service bulletin reviews and input creation
• Support AOG queries through standby rotation

What you’ll bring

• 4‑year Aeronautical engineering degree or equivalent
• 5‑8 years relevant experience
• Avionics Systems knowledge
• Airline operations knowledge
• Prior in‑service activities preferred
• Customer‑focused mindset
• Advanced interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
