About the role

EY's People Consulting (PAS WKFA) Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru helps clients align their people agenda with business goals by placing humans at the center of transformation. As a Project Consultant, you will work across sector-agnostic National teams on organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose/culture/leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards. You will deliver practical, insightful solutions while collaborating across client departments and adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

What you’ll do

• Align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy
• Define new workforce experiences including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) and drive accelerated adoption via change experience and digital learni
• Align leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating model to build modern leadership and talent capabilities
• Re-imagine and digitize the HR function including HR strategy, service delivery model, HR cloud technology, and transformation of employee policies and rewards
• Provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
• Apply capabilities from the EY Organization & Talent Hub and EY Noggin Labs platform

What you’ll bring

• Human Resources qualification
• 4-8 years of relevant experience
