About the role

Technology Leadership at Synechron drives AI-driven transformation across enterprise processes. The Python AI Lead designs, develops, and deploys Python-based AI solutions, mentors engineers, and steers technology roadmaps while collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics. Bengaluru, India (Bellandur) and Hyderabad Eco Park, hybrid onsite model with flexibility for remote work as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
• Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions and technology roadmaps
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption
• Develop and maintain architectural guidelines and roadmaps
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Document processes and share knowledge across teams

What you’ll bring

• 5-9 years experience in technology leadership and AI/ML solutions
• Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure
• Experience with data pipelines and database management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technology teams
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience evaluating and adopting new technologies

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• AI/ML or cloud certifications are advantageous
