Operations Manager on Tech Mahindra's IT department, leading operational excellence using Infor CloudSuite EAM. Drives asset lifecycle management, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet organizational goals. Mumbai, on-site, 5‑7 years experience required.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily operations and align with organizational goals
• Utilize Infor CloudSuite EAM for asset lifecycle and maintenance scheduling
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
• Lead training sessions on Infor CloudSuite EAM functionalities
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Conduct audits to ensure operational excellence

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 5-7 years operations management experience
• Strong expertise in Infor CloudSuite EAM

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma methodology experience
• Project management tools proficiency
• Regulatory compliance and safety standards knowledge
