IT Expert Principal - IAM, OKTA, Azure, M365 Security

About the role

Computacenter’s Professional Services Group in Bengaluru, India, is hiring an IT Expert Principal to lead outcome-based M365 workplace technology projects. Day-to-day work spans pre-sales and post-sales consultancy, solution design, technical governance, and delivery of complex Microsoft and Azure solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves leading consultant teams, running technical workshops, producing high- and low-level designs, and identifying commercial opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive technical consultancy across pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Lead consultant teams in delivering client engagements and support pre-sales activities such as qualification, bid responses, solution design & costing
• Lead the creation of technical pre-sales responses and articulate enterprise-grade solutions to global customers
• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions
• Deliver technical workshops to clients
• Deliver technical documentation including high-level and low-level designs
• Provide and lead technical governance of in-flight projects
• Ensure quality assurance of deliverables produced by team members for consistency and accuracy

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 15+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft and Azure solutions
• Strong consulting expertise in M365, Identity & Access Management, OKTA, Intune, SCCM, Nexthink, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender & M365 Security stacks
• Focus on cutting-edge Microsoft 365 workloads and Endpoint technologies
• Ability to design complex multi-technology solutions
• Ability to lead consultant teams in delivering client engagements
• Ability to support sensitive customer issues at a senior level
• Ability to host customer opportunity/strategy meetings and present solutions from a commercial and business perspective
• Broad knowledge of the business benefits that technical solutions can provide
