About the role

Commodity Management & Sourcing team at Carrier Global drives NPI sourcing for steel, copper, plastics, and other materials. The Senior Associate evaluates and onboards suppliers, collaborates with R&D and engineering, conducts cost analysis, manages risks and contracts, and leads continuous improvement of sourcing processes. Gurgaon, India, onsite with future relocation to Sri City, Andhra Pradesh after 1.5 years.

Nice to have

6-9 years sourcing experience
University degree in engineering or related field
Proficient with SAP or Oracle ERP
Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, APQP
Experience in cost modeling and negotiations
Ability to read 2D/3D drawings
Strong supplier risk management skills
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration
