About the role

Sandcastle CX Practice at TTEC Digital designs and delivers Amazon Connect and AWS-based customer experience solutions. The Principal Solution Architect leads pre‑sales and post‑sales engagements, builds proof‑of‑concepts, conducts workshops, and architects end‑to‑end AWS Connect solutions. Hyderabad office, on‑site work model, up to 30% travel for customer and partner engagements.

What you’ll do

• Lead pre‑sales and post‑sales customer engagements for Sandcastle CX
• Gather business and technical requirements and design end‑to‑end solutions
• Build and demonstrate POCs and customer use cases
• Conduct enablement sessions, workshops, and platform demos
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years technical pre‑sales or solution engineering
• 5+ years hands‑on Amazon Connect and AWS services
• AWS Solutions Architect or related certification

Nice to have

• Experience designing enterprise contact‑center solutions
• Executive‑level presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Bedrock, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
• CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow)
