What you’ll do

  • Lead daily operations and support for Oracle WMS, MSCA, and shipping systems
  • Engage global business users to gather requirements and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams to maintain optimal performance
  • Apply SQL/PLSQL to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system functionality
  • Facilitate CRP, SIT, UAT sessions during implementation and roll‑out projects
  • Analyze data to provide insights for data‑driven decisions
  • Lead or support upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years in Oracle ERP implementation
  • 5+ years leading CRP, SIT, UAT
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
  • Expertise in Oracle WMS, MSCA, Shipping
  • Advanced SQL/PLSQL skills
  • Experience with Oracle Order Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing modules
  • Solid understanding of warehouse logistics
  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP with third‑party apps
