About the role

Accenture’s Bengaluru office is hiring a Custom Software Engineer to serve as an enterprise automation leader and Agentic AI SME. You will define automation vision, strategy, and governance; lead solution architecture for complex programs; drive proposals, estimates, and solution presentations; and report automation KPIs and value to C-suite stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in Agentic AI and GenAI, Python enterprise architecture, business case development, and client advisory, with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance.

What you’ll do

Define enterprise automation vision, strategy, and governance
