About the role
Integrated Facilities Management team at JLL supports a global technology client’s office spaces in Bengaluru. The role monitors day‑to‑day technical operations, ensures compliance with safety regulations, manages vendor and stakeholder relationships, and prepares maintenance and energy reports. On‑site – Bengaluru, KA, hybrid schedule with 48 weekly hours, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Monitor technical operations and conduct site inspections
- Coordinate compliance with fire, health, and safety standards
- Manage vendor contracts, quotations, and material supply
- Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance and energy reports
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and monthly financial forecasts
- Support emergency evacuation and business continuity procedures
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Services
- 2‑3 years experience in energy or risk management
- Experience with vendor and procurement processes
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
